Terms

Every position on this board is bought. Rank is decided by how much has been spent on a listing in the current season and by nothing else. These terms say what that buys and, more importantly, what it does not.

What you are buying

A place in an ordered list, for the length of one season. Seasons run 7 days. The opening price is $5 and every amount is a whole multiple of $5, so the price shown is always one that can actually be paid and win.

Rank is the sum of everything spent on a listing this season. Anyone can add to a listing, including people who did not create it, and every contribution counts toward the same position. Equal totals are ranked by which listing reached the total first.

Being outbid does not remove you. It moves you down. You stay on the board for the rest of the season at whatever rank your total earns, and only the first 100 positions are shown.

What you are not buying

  • Any endorsement. A listing on this board means someone paid for it. It is not a recommendation, a review, an audit, or a statement that the coin is real, safe, or worth anything.
  • Any claim over the coin itself. Backing a listing adds to its rank. It buys no share of the token, no share of the listing, and no say over it.
  • Permanence at a rank. The position moves whenever anyone else spends more. What is permanent is the record: closed seasons are archived, never deleted.
  • A place on the race. The race ranks coins by real trading activity and cannot be bought. The sponsored positions beside it are marked as sponsored.

Payment

Payments are final. A season is short and a rank is consumed as it runs, so there is nothing to return partway through. If a payment fails to register against your listing, that is a fault on our side and we will fix it or refund it.

You are credited the amount the server quoted you, not the amount your browser submitted. Paying less than the quote credits nothing, because the two would otherwise disagree about what you bought.

The stream may not show your name

The board and the race are two surfaces and they do not follow the same rules. The board shows what is on chain, because a ticker is public data and hiding it would be dishonest about what you are looking at. The race is built to be put on a 24/7 broadcast, and a slur on a broadcast is a strike against the channel rather than an editorial disagreement.

So on the broadcast view we may replace a name with its contract address, or leave a paid position blank, whenever the name would put the stream at risk. That decision is ours and we do not have to explain it case by case. It applies to the name your token carries on chain, which is the name we read and the only one we will show.

This is not a takedown and it is not a refund. Your rank is what you paid, it stands on the board, and the money buys the position rather than a guarantee about how that position is drawn on every screen.

Listings we will remove

A paid listing is not immune from being taken down. We will remove, without refund, anything that impersonates a person or organisation, uses artwork or a name it has no right to, is illegal where we operate, or is aimed at deceiving people rather than at getting attention.

Only the contract address is verified, and only as far as confirming a real token exists at it. That check says nothing about who deployed it or what they intend.

No financial advice

Nothing here is financial advice. Memecoins routinely go to zero. Do not spend money on this board, or on anything listed on it, that you cannot afford to lose entirely.

We have no token of our own. Any coin claiming to be ours is a fake, and no listing on this board becomes ours by being listed.

The service itself

The board and the race are provided as they are. The race reads from a live trade feed and a public chain, both of which can lag or go down, and the figures it shows are a view of that feed rather than a guarantee about it. We can change how the board works, and if a change alters what a live rank is worth, it takes effect from the next season rather than the one you already paid into.
